Mr. Barton is a partner with Barton Associates. He joined the firm in 1994 and has been responsible for leading and/or supporting the high-tech, consumer products and energy practices. Prior to joining Barton Associates, Mr. Barton worked with Preng and Associates and Boyden International as a Senior Executive Search Consultant. Throughout his career in the search industry, Mr. Barton has worked closely with numerous Fortune 50 companies assisting them with their critical hiring needs. The positions have ranged from the Presidential level to the first line management reports. Mr. Barton holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Southwest Texas State University

Beth’s career began with Barton Associates in 1991 as a research associate. In 1995 she joined Meridian Consulting as their Director of Research. In 1997 she established her own contract research firm, providing name generation to executive search firms and corporations on a national level. In early 2000 Beth rejoined Barton Associates as Director of Research, and as a generalist, works across all industries and at all executive levels. Beth has also worked on the consulting side of the Big 5. She currently leads a world-class research organization for Barton Associates. Beth attended Sam Houston State University and The University of Houston.
